Take to the Skies with Senior Drama 2010 and Air Gawjus - departing from the Brierley Theatre in week 7 of this Term. Your host for the evening will be business tycoon Donald Frost (George Ritchie) and his villainous team of singing lawyers (Elliot Copeland, Duncan McLachlan and Nick Hendricks). During the flight you will be cared for by Air Gawjus' team of seasoned flight attendants along with the experienced Captain Stone. Note that there have been threats by a well-meaning but technically insane group of organic-produce wielding environmentalists (Abraham Hollingsworth, Jack Alexander and Rebecca Dobson) but this is probably not going to happen. Amongst your fellow passengers you can expect to encounter a kindly old woman hiding a terrible secret, a wildly inappropriate Brazilian politician (James Shaw), some militant German tourists and a substance-addled boy-band. Air Gawjus promises to provide the ultimate in cost efficient travel while also travelling in style and safety. Come join us and experience the difference that is Air Gawjus, exploding onto the stage this Term.
This year's Senior Drama aims to be something different - with the overall experience being more interactive and immersive for the audience who join us each night for travels across the world and back again.
The production features a cast of over twenty from both Wellington College and Wellington Girl's College.
